Item Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • All accessories must be included

Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund unless they arrived defective.

If you received:

  • A defective/damaged item

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.

Unboxing Video Recommendation (Evidence Requirement)

To help us verify any damage, missing items, or incorrect products, we strongly recommend recording a clear, unedited video while opening your package. This helps us resolve claims faster and more accurately.

(Claims can still be submitted without a video, but processing may take longer.)

No Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for non-defective items due to a change of mind. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • No longer wanting the item
  • Ordering the wrong product by mistake
  • Finding the item cheaper elsewhere
  • Delays caused by courier services (once shipped correctly)

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days.
